We are looking for a Process Improvement Director to join the Candid™ team. We’re building a best-in-class consumer/healthcare brand and are looking for a Director to streamline processes, enhance systems, realign the organization and add opportunities for personal skill-building and professional growth. We’re finding new ways to add value and provide strategic support.  You can become a catalyst for change. You will partner with the leadership team of our Columbus HQ and will report directly to our General Manager.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the development of business process and system improvement opportunities and communicate outcomes to the team
  • Be a functional expert to challenge and refine business, functional, and data requirements
  • Validate work plan for implementing improvements
  • Execute post-mortem assessment to drive continuous improvement
  • Oversee testing of all functional requirements and validate results
  • Handle special projects, ad-hoc analysis, and report template solutions
  • Present and communicate to all levels of the business

What You’ll Need

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Math, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Science
  • 6 or more years of relevant work experience
  • Management experience - Direct reports over time
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel
  • Strong technical background in SQL databases, queries, and report writing tools
  • 3+ years in Salesforce development/administration experience
