We are seeking a stellar Business Intelligence Manager who can translate data into strategy, analyzing and reporting on marketing programs and campaigns to measure ROI and improve our customer acquisition and retention strategies. This role requires proven analytical skills, deep understanding of business insights, and a passion for ingesting large and diverse data sets to analyze and produce insightful dashboards and reports that simplify marketing decision-making. The successful candidate will provide actionable insights from quantitative work including reporting, forecasting, A/B testing, website analytics, media optimization, market sizing, customer segmentation, and campaign analysis. We’re looking for a data-driven, growth-oriented mind who also geeks out on optimizing campaigns through multivariate testing and strikes the Heisman each time conversion rates increase an extra hundred basis points.
What You’ll Do
  • Adeptly interpret and utilize mass quantities of proprietary data to generate insights, develop hypotheses, and inform growth strategy
  • Help to develop and optimize multi-channel communication strategy for the complete customer lifecycle, constantly testing and iterating to optimize the funnel
  • Continuously analyze, scrutinize, and test hundreds of hypotheses to drive results including target segmentation and A/B creative testing
  • Contribute to creation and implementation of online and offline marketing campaigns
  • Communicate and visualize findings in a concise and understandable fashion using Excel, SQL, Lookr, etc. to drive strategy
What You’ll Need
  • High level of academic achievement at a top-tier college with a degree in a quantitative discipline; graduate degree is a plus
  • 3+ years prior professional experience in Business Insights, Business Analysis, Data Science, or Growth-Marketing role;  DTC/Startup experience a plus
  • Coding and database-querying experience, especially SQL and data-manipulation languages and libraries (e.g., Python/pandas, R, MATLAB)
  • Experience with business-goal-driven quantitative analyses, such as marketing ROI analysis, conversion rates, contribution margins, cohort analyses, financial modeling, or time series analysis
  • Experience with inferential statistics, predictive modeling, and machine learning a plus
