Position Summary


We are currently seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join DocuSign in Germany and assist us in our journey to help everyone do business faster and better. Your chief function is to bring DocuSign to new Enterprise-level businesses and organizations within the DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) territories managing complex Enterprise deals from start to finish.


The ideal candidate will have the ability to drive customer engagement and manage deals at C-level.  The successful individual will possess a consistent track record of sales over-achievement and success in the Enterprise space in the DACH territory. This position is an Individual Contributor and reports directly to the VP of Enterprise Sales, DACH. 


Responsibilities 



  • Be a driving force in the success of the company’s Enterprise goals & objectives through achieving & exceeding individual sales quota

  • Qualify DACH Enterprise sales opportunities based on DocuSign’s sales methodology & metrics, to include customer fit, needs/requirements and success criteria

  • Build Enterprise and execute plans and strategies for each target account in DACH territory

  • Effectively leverage internal resources (Senior Executives, Presales, Professional Services, Legal etc.) in Sales Campaigns to ensure sales success

  • Work effectively with DocuSign’s key DACH partners to deliver joint value propositions for Enterprise customers

  • Uncover DACH Enterprise customer needs and develop relationships with multiple Enterprise stakeholders within the assigned accounts across all Lines of Business including IT, Procurement and Senior Management

  • Consistently seek new DACH Enterprise business opportunities by upselling new DocuSign products, services and partner solutions

  • Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievement through the proper use of sales tools


Required Experience 



  • Experience as an Enterprise Account Executive role or equivalent quota-carrying role in the software/technology sector; SaaS experience required

  • Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievement through the proper use of sales tools

  • Experience as an Account Executive role or equivalent quota-carrying role in the software/technology sector; SaaS experience required

  • Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles with senior decision makers / C-level executives in DACH companies

  • Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of the company) in past position

  • Willingness and ability to travel as necessary, typically about 25%.

  • Strong portfolio of C-Level contacts within Enterprise Accounts base in DACH territory
