Position Summary


The EMEA Compliance Trust Services Analyst will be part of a global Compliance Trust Services (CTS) team. In this role you will be reporting to the Senior EMEA Compliance Manager supporting the CTS team while working with other compliance, business, sales, legal, cyber security and technical subject matter experts.


This position will assist the CTS Department in its role to act as the primary point of contact for sales enablement through answering customer, prospect, and partner questions and questionnaires related to compliance matters.


The Trust Services Analyst will be familiar with key compliance standards or frameworks such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, AICPA (SOC), GDPR, as well as other domestic and international compliance standards or frameworks applicable to the organisation.


Responsibilities



  • Responding to requests for information from internal sales regarding compliance, security, and audit related matters for customers and prospects

  • Assist with audits that DocuSign is a part of (i.e., Fed Ramp, PCI DSS, SSAE 16, PCI, ISO, etc.)

  • Partner with internal teams, e.g. legal, security, architecture, operations, to support Sales and ensure customers understand DocuSign’s compliance and security posture

  • Additional responsibilities and tasks as required and assigned


Requirements



  • Fluency in French and English languages

  • Understanding of compliance and security implications for business

  • Experience responding to RFP, RFI, SIG, questionnaires or similar in the context of compliance, legal (privacy) and or information security context

  • Experience with SaaS and cloud solutions environments

  • Experience working with cross functional teams, especially Sales, Legal and IT Security

  • Strong analytical and communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and superior time management skills

  • A very strong passion to learn and continuous improvement

  • Certified or willing to secure globally recognized security, compliance, audit or IT certification


Preferred qualifications



  • German language skills desirable

  • Strong passion for Governance, Risk Management & Compliance (GRC), Privacy, and Information Security in a SaaS environment

  • Understanding of compliance and security implications for business

  • Degree qualified or higher in a relevant field or equivalent work experience

  • Experience working with external customers regarding their compliance assessments and controls

  • Experience understanding security concepts and EMEA regional compliance specifics
