Zopa is growing a lot right now.... Between the continued scaling of the P2P platform, and the new financial products we’re building as part of the Zopa Bank launch, we’re looking to strengthen and diversify our tech teams.  
Because of this, we’re looking to bring on board an passionate Recruiter that’s willing to get involved with a really diverse range of roles, to make sure we’re able to find the right people to meet our ambitious hiring goals.
We’ll give you access to the best recruiter tools available in order to deliver this (Entelo, LinkedIn, Hired, Hackajob, Vettery, Aevy, Indeed etc.) and we’re open to you suggesting more if you believe it’ll help Zopa attract more talent….
This is a great opportunity for someone already working in an in-house recruitment role as well as those looking to transition from agency.

The primary focus of this recruiter will be to:

    • Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to understand and help deliver their hiring plans
    • Hiring for a variety of tech roles (Back-end, Front-End Mobile Developers, QAs etc.)
    • Proactively identify and attract top tech talent to Zopa (whether through headhunting, networking, brand attraction or agency management).
    • Searching beyond the UK to identify talent across Europe and further a field that could be enticed to our London and Barcelona offices
    • Ensure that all candidates experience a recruitment process reflective of our amazing culture and brand
    • Become a trusted brand ambassador internally and externally
    • Build strong relationships with the hiring managers across the business to define present and future recruitment requirements as needed by the business.
    • Utilise a variety of recruitment channels to find the right talent, with a focus on cost, quality, and speed.

To show us that you’re capable of being a Tech Recruiter at Zopa, we’d like to see the following demonstrated:

    • Passion for tech hiring
    • Experience delivering high volume recruitment to fast growing, technology focused companies
    • A proven 360 recruitment track record in an in-house and/or recruitment agency environment
    • Experience working on a variety of tech roles (Software Engineering, DevOps, QA, InfoSec, etc.)
    • Have a passion for challenging the norm and finding better ways of doing things
    • Hands on sourcing experience, which means you can autonomously deliver against the roles you’re working on
    • Broad knowledge of both popular and emerging recruitment channels and trends
    • Working collaboratively as part of a team
    • Want to be part of our exciting journey building the next generation of banking
