First and foremost, you will own the development of our operations MI, so good SQL skills will be critical! You will need to summarise the key insights from the MI in to monthly reporting packs for multiple audiences, including the executive committee.
Investing in our MI will be critical to pull out the insights that can drive strategic change. You’ll work hand in hand with our operations director and ops team leads to understand the information that is most valuable for them. Your MI will help us understand as a business how many of our customers are contacting us, in which channel, how often.
Over time we will want to develop the ability to not just look at performance within channels, but understand from a customer lens how customers are communicating with us across touchpoints. As our business grows and we launch more products, you will help us understand how customers are contacting us differently across the product suite. You’ll build forecasting models to help make sure the operations teams are staffed appropriately.
