We’re looking for an exceptionally organized Traffic Manager to join a brand-new team tasked with creating industry disrupting content across all Zopa channels, ensuring the customer experience is always first.
 
You’ll work with the Creative Director and wider Brand and Communications team to develop and deploy efficient and transparent Traffic management across multiple creative work streams, driving structure and process within the team. As this is a new role, you’ll be required to hit the ground running, gain a quick grasp of the workflow, and be able to propose and implement a system from scratch.
 
We’re building a next generation bank with multiple products, and the journey will be an adventure. As part of a newly forming team, this role is hands on from the start and will develop over time as the team is built. 

On a day to day basis you’ll be:

    • A rock steady support for the Brand and Communications team
    • Implementing and driving process and stability across team workflows
    • Proposing content ideas and planning its execution
    • Trouble shooting daily issues which may arise
    • Tracking content and campaigns across both Tribes and Brand, ensuring project targets are adhered to and communicating when a project is at risk
    • Ensure briefs undertaken meet expectations in a time and cost-effective manner
    • Managing stakeholder expectations on delivery and push back where appropriate
    • Facilitate the wider businesses understanding of the creative process and associated timings
    • Seeking out and seizing opportunities as they arise
    • Delving into project detail whilst retaining a topline view of timelines
    • Developing and maintaining good working relationships with all internal clients
    • Continually review and assess working processes between Tribes and teams to improve performance, looking for SMART ways to reduce both overall costs and efficiencies within the role
    • A positive advocate of the brand and communications direction

This is the background we'd like to see on your CV/profile:

    • Proven creative traffic management within a fast-paced creative environment
    • Exceptional planning, team organization and resourcing skills with proven examples of delivering to tracked CPA’s
    • Demonstration of excellent communication methods and experience managing people
    • Comfortable liaising at all levels
    • An ability to react positively to rapidly evolving brand requirements
    • An understanding of latest creative, digital, visual and linguistic trends
    • Strong leadership skills and a true team player
    • Demonstration of ability to deal with tough conversations
    • Comfortable decision making
    • Knowledge and experience of marketing communications and experience in collaborating with design and content teams
    • Fully conversant with Microsoft office programs, experience within Jira an advantage
    • Excellent proven communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams in brief development and translation to concept
    • Extensive proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
    • Understanding and knowledge of the creative process and experience of managing projects within a creative environment an advantage
    • Demonstration of accuracy, attention to detail and organization skills
    • Experience in the finance and/or tech industries and advantage
