At PagerDuty, we believe that people do their best in a culture that fosters inclusion, innovation, and success. Our values - Community, Growth, Passion, Team and Trust - serve as the foundation of our collaborative and dynamic culture. Whether it’s conducting a retrospective, participating in our monthly Hackdays, cranking out a new product feature, supporting our two PagerDuty bands, or doing our day to day work, Dutonians live and breathe these five values every day. Together, we solve real customer issues and fulfill our mission of connecting teams to real-time opportunities and elevate work to the outcomes that matter.
As our eLearning Developer lead, you will lead the development of our eLearning curriculum to train our customers on digital operations management standard methodologies, and how to appropriately set up and use the PagerDuty platform. You will leverage your instructional design expertise to develop storyboards or use ones created by other instructional designers to build effective and engaging eLearning courses, utilizing your extensive eLearning and graphic design background.
In addition, you will produce learning resources and training assets through the use of a variety of learning authoring tools, and will recommend tools and standard methodologies to improve the overall quality of our training. As a lead, you will set the direction of our new eLearning offering by developing technology and design standards that elevate PagerDuty University’s offerings.
