PagerDuty is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Administrative Assistant who will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to partner with the Assistant to the CEO and Chief of Staff in the Office of the CEO. You are a meticulous and highly organized administrative partner who has experience in calendaring, travel planning and some project management skills. The role is demanding, but the team is collaborative and believes strongly in building a partnership.

How You Contribute to Our Vision: Key Responsibilities

    • Liaise with external & internal executives and employees (client meetings, internal 1:1s, prep meetings, team meetings)
    • Maintain travel itineraries and manage expense reimbursement process to ensure accurate and timely submission.
    • Perform and prioritize an array of multiple administrative tasks, meet deadlines and maintain high-quality attention to detail.
    • Provide and/or overlook outreach, detailed data, information and resources in preparation for customer and external meetings.
    • Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies.
    • Prepare and develop PowerPoint presentations
    • Tact & discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
    • Build excellent relationships inside and outside of PagerDuty company.

Minimum Requirements

    • You have 5 years of administrative experience supporting multiple executives preferably in a high-tech environment
    • Ability to achieve goals and craft process and structure in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication and time management skills
    • Adaptable and inventive in a dynamic environment
    • Master multi-tasker: you would handle multiple tasks/projects while maintaining a highly professional attitude
    • Self-starter: can take even the smallest project and run with it to the successful completion
    • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures and ability to stay on top of new tools and technologies with an interest and passion to constantly learn
    • You have a start-up background or experience working in a hyper-growth-to-scale environment
    • You will exercise discretion and independent judgment in the representation of the company
    • Positive outlook with a sense of humor and able to adapt on the go
