PagerDuty uniquely combines human and machine data to revolutionize real-time work in today’s digital organizations. Both leading the UX team within product and also having a broader impact evangelizing customer experience across all touch points, you will set the vision for PagerDuty experience across all personas.
About You
This role reports directly to PagerDuty VP, Product and will directly manage design and customer research, as well as collaborate closely with product leaders, marketers, data scientists, growth, and engineers throughout the product development lifecycle. You will be responsible for driving overall design direction for PagerDuty across our web presence and native apps, as well as partnering with other leaders across PagerDuty to drive simply, delightful customer experiences.
