Senior Manager, FP&A at Tile

The Sr. Manager of FP&A will lead the corporate FP&A team, managing global revenue and departmental operating expense forecasting and business reporting for company leadership. The right individual for this role is a proven strategic financial professional with a passion towards operational excellence, great attention to detail, and proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, he or she will have experience managing a small team; providing guidance, direction, and leadership. This position will report to the VP of Finance.


    • Direct the FP&A team in creation of long-range plans, budgets, and monthly financial forecasts
    • Set a vision for key business metrics and systems support that ensures we can track, measure and optimize our business, at scale
    • Translate and interpret our financial results into operational recommendations to improve and accelerate the business
    • Lead documentation and workflows for best in class financial and business planning processes
    • Build business relationships across the organization to drive cost savings and efficiency improvement
    • Participate in ad hoc strategic analysis, research and modeling for company leadership team
    • Prepare Board presentations

Sales Reporting

      • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to drive an efficient, comprehensive process for sales planning and marketing / channel spend
      • Drive analysis of key metrics: weekly sales forecast vs performance, pipeline growth, channel profitability, promotions, etc. 
      • Act as the financial point person to the Sales and Marketing leaders for finance related activities
      • Oversee compilation of sales commissions reports


      • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis
      • B.A. or B.S. in Finance or Accounting; MBA or CPA is preferred
      • High proficiency in Excel - building financial and decision support models
      • Experience working with NetSuite
      • Self-starter that adapts well to change in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace
      • Experience building and managing small teams
      • Strong planning and organization skills, including ability to direct and handle multiple projects simultaneously
      • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with a diverse team and influence / drive change across functional and business boundaries
