As Senior Director, Corporate Strategy, you will be responsible for analyzing, planning, and driving strategic insights, investments, and initiatives. As part of the Business Development and Corporate Strategy team, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s rapid growth, strategic expansion, and market leadership with a rigorous, data-driven approach. You will manage strategic analysis and planning to provide insights, evaluate opportunities, guide priorities and investments, and drive key projects. You will collaborate closely cross-functionally with senior executives and product management, engineering, finance, sales, marketing, etc. to develop alignment and coordinate execution.

Key Responsibilities

    • Drive key strategic projects cross-functionally to structure problems, develop hypotheses, conduct analyses to turn data into insights, and drive solutions and actionable recommendations 
    • Gather and synthesize strategic market intelligence (e.g., market, customers, competition, technology) and draw insights for the organization
    • Analyze strategic market opportunities (e.g., product categories, adjacencies, use cases, geographies, segments) to help identify, evaluate, and prioritize growth opportunities and investments
    • Develop strategies and business cases working with cross-functional teams, outlining business opportunity, rationale, and operational plans to capture the opportunity including product, GTM strategies, and business model
    • Develop strategic investment portfolio analyses and support the executive team to evaluate, prioritize, and monitor strategic investments
    • Contribute to inorganic growth and M&A projects, e.g., landscape analysis, acquisition evaluation, deal planning, integration
    • Support company strategy planning, e.g., annual planning, offsites, hot topics 
    • Support senior executives in developing key presentations for internal and external audiences, including Board of Directors meetings and conferences


    • MBA (or similar) from a top-tier program and a prior Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance 
    • 10+ years total work experience with several years of post-MBA experience with a top management consulting firm, venture capital/private equity, and/or in corporate/business strategy, business operations, or product management roles at a technology company. Track record of high performance in strategic roles
    • Experience in managing strategic initiatives, including framing the problem, conducting research and analysis, synthesizing recommendations, building business and operational plans, and driving project execution 
    • Strong analytical and financial skills to work on complex business issues 
    • Entrepreneurial self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, innovative high-growth environment
    • Software / SaaS industry domain experience, ideally with exposure to DevOps, IT Ops, or infrastructure software
    • Effective at building relationships, collaborating, and influencing others; experience working with senior executives and cross-functional teams 
    • Strong communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing; comfort in both business and technical discussions
