About the Position 
As a Product Manager at Raise, you will have the opportunity to shape our product vision and roadmap, deliver valuable products to internal and external customers and work across the organization to translate business needs into product requirements. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires both technical and business acumen, as well as the ability to lead, influence and communicate. The ideal candidate will be able to work well independently and with teams and be able to see the big picture, while also being detail-oriented and execution-minded.   • Translating customer and market needs into product strategy, vision and roadmap
  • Defining, prioritizing and sequencing feature delivery across teams, groups and organization sub-functions
  • Translating the product roadmap into clear user stories, requirements and delivery plans that can be built by technology/engineering teams and resources
  • Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data and feedback for actionable insights
  • Tracking and communicating KPIs and the impact on the business

 Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to distill complex problems into discrete, manageable solutions for teams and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Strong technical and business acumen
  • Three or more years of product management experience in an e-commerce or B2C organization
  • Background in agile development methodologies
  • Business, Computer or Engineering related Bachelors degree; Masters preferred
