Job Summary:
 
Reputation.com is looking for a Training Specialist to help our employees and customers advance their skills and knowledge.  You will create and deliver our strategy and programs to develop the knowledge, skills and competencies of our teams cross-functionally.  Being a fast paced, high growth SaaS company, our training needs are continually evolving at a rapid rate.
 
In this role, you should be passionate about training.  Excellent communication skills are essential.  If you are an independent, creative and proactive individual with broad experiences in designing and executing learning solutions for different departments, we’d like to meet you.
 
Ultimately, you will become the subject matter expert of our product suite to help our company succeed by training and developing our people and customers.

Responsibilities:

    • Develop an extensive working knowledge of reputation.com’s field enablement platform and sales processes. 
    • Maintain and organize an online repository of training resources.
    • Assist in developing online learning tracks that leverage a variety of company resources.

Qualifications:

    • Capacity to learn quickly and apply recently acquired knowledge 
    • Attention to detail with the ability to move fast and execute 
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment 
    • Skilled in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
    • Strong communication skills
    • Systems administration experience preferred, ideally working with a Learning Management System (LMS) or Content Management System (CMS).
