Job Summary:
Reputations’s Deal Desk is the one-stop-shop for sales and the central hub for deal flow. This person is a key enabler of deal formation and execution with a focus on minimizing sales cycle times while optimizing revenue, profitability and/or market share.


    • Serves as a trusted advisor to sales executives and their teams on pricing, product configuration, and business terms/deal strategy to support the sales effort
    • Gate-Keeper/quarterback of deals/orders & ownership of the deal process end to end - this person will ensure all approvals are in place and that we are signing clean deals
    • Work closely with the legal team in order to ensure the legal terms support the deal structure
    • Drives compliance with published sales and business approval policies and manages the discount approval process, including the approval matrix
    • Builds, owns and enhances pricing tools/price list in partnership with Product
    • Develops & delivers sales enablement collateral (e.g. Product & Pricing FAQ's, Sales Approval templates, etc.) and serve as a subject matter expert on continuous improvement of deal desk policies and procedures
    • Administers contract signatures with DocuSign and reviews/approves contacts prior to sending it to the customer


    • 3-5 years of Sales support experience in a SaaS company
    • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and/or Legal in executing contracts
    • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel (ability to create ad-hoc models and analysis)
    • Demonstrated project management experience or participation in process improvement efforts
    • Clear and thorough communicatorComfortable operating under pressure/with sense of urgency
    • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
    • Experience with Salesforce required; additional sales productivity tools preferredBachelor’s degree
