    • Manages the current Salesforce (“SFDC”) environment, as well as the entire technology stack for that integrates with SFDC
    • Manages budget/purchasing of new systems and technology, as well as recommends/evaluates new systems and processes
    • Responsible for the SFDC roadmap and expansion strategy, including but not limited to improvements to quote to cash tool, addition of professional services system, etc.
    • Assembles/leads the technology stack steering committee and provides best practice recommendations on implementing functionality for a range of internal project stakeholders ranging from Customer Success Team, Professional Services, Support, Marketing, Sales, etc.
    • Analyzes requirements for and helps maintain integrations to our various business systems, including but not limited to the Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketo, Lean Data, and other systems that integrate with SFDC
    • Responsible for providing day-to-day end-user support (maintaining and improving workflows, email alerts, custom objects, complex formula fields, page layouts, process builders, flows, lead assignment rules, configuring communities, creating sharing rules and troubleshooting bugs
    • Creates and maintains documentation on business processes, system configuration and training materials
    • Responsible for Security/ Access settings. Manage access and permissions through User Setup, Roles and Role Hierarchy, Profiles, Permission Sets, Public Groups, and Queues, Sharing Rules, and Security.
    • Designs, documents, builds, tests and deploys enhancements using industry best practices


    • BA/BS Degree and SaaS experience required
    • Must be a Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator.
    • 4+ years Salesforce Administrator experience, preferably in a leadership role
    • Advanced Excel skillsStrong analytical skills with the ability to assess risk
    • Development experience using Visualforce, JavaScript, SQL is a strong plusInterest and drive in learning new technologies and tools
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing demands and priorities
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments in order to meet milestones
