Manager, Business Development at ServiceTitan

ServiceTitan’s Sr. Manager (or Manager) of Business Development is an integral, highly-visible role to ensure the growth and development of ServiceTitan. S/he will serve as an internal resource and trusted advisor to identify and launch key initiatives that will drive success for various departments. The ideal candidate has strong core skills in strategic thinking, project management, collaboration, communication, and data analysis to inform better ways of operating by leveraging external parties. We are looking for a candidate who is highly motivated and self-driven to optimize company initiatives through the introduction of new programs, processes, and partnerships.

As our Manager, Business Development, you will: 

  • Translate company goals into technology, organization, and program strategies leveraging external parties
  • Recommend and implement new programs and processes while ensuring a successful transition
  • Lead Business Development initiatives from initiation to completion, serving as a functional advisor to inform and influence product management and design throughout the entire lifecycle
  • Provide quantitative and qualitative analyses through business cases, financial models, and related deliverables; Size revenue and efficiency opportunities for all initiatives, while prioritizing initiatives accordingly
  • Build and manage partner integrations ecosystem, and define the strategic direction of integrations strategy (including monetization) while collaborating with the Product team 
  • Develop and execute a referral/reseller strategy with various categories of partners while collaborating with Sales 
  • Build implementation and consulting partner program for clients while collaborating with Customer Success team to build implementation and consulting partner program for clients

To be successful in this role, you'll need: 

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience (preferably in management consulting, business operations, or similar experience)
  • Bachelor's Degree, MBA or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of technology and how various solutions interact (SaaS and/or API experience a plus)
  • Strong understanding of how to effectively leverage external parties to optimize company initiatives (e.g. implementation partners, resellers)
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively cross-functionally
  • Results-driven, detail-oriented, and organized self-starter
  • Strong leadership skills with proven verbal and written communications skills
