Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst at ServiceTitan

ServiceTitan is looking for a Sr. Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. You will report to the Manager of Insights, and will excel in a rapidly growing Revenue Organization. You will be a passionate professional with analytical, problem solving, strong critical thinking, and technical skills, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

As our Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst, you will:

    Develop Tableau reporting infrastructure that helps obtain valuable, applicable insights on Key Metrics across the Customer Acquisition, New Markets and Growth Organizations
    Partner with operations managers to extract and analyze data, develop models, and provide analytical feedback which will provide important insights into our business and guide all of our execution of targeted goals
    Conduct routine data governance compliance and exception reporting to current systems and workflows alongside Systems and Operations team members
    Communicate recommendations to Revenue leadership and the broader organization
    Ensure that all information solicited in the sales funnel meets data governance requirements and conduct routine data governance compliance reports
    Aid in the constant growth of team’s Tableau skills with new released features, advanced dashboard designs, and data source structuring
    Work with disparate and incomplete data and know the right questions to ask to provide actionable insights
    Work with partners on Business Review materials and Weekly Reporting Updates

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

    BS/BA in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
    5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
    Operations, Business Analytics or Finance experience in SaaS or Start-up environment, preferred
    2+ years of Tableau usage and reporting experience
    2+ years of Data prep and formula design experience
    5+ years of advanced Excel usage
    2+ years experience in G-Suite
    Excel modeling experience
    2+ years of usage and reporting experience
    Understand fundamental logic (IFs, ANDs, and ORs)
    Strong understanding of Financial and operational SaaS KPIs and other Key Metrics, preferred
    Excellent written and verbal communication and listening skills along with the ability to effectively communicate with various audiences, such as fellow individual contributors, team managers, and executive leadership
