We’re looking for an entry-level Human Resources Administrator to join our HR team in our fulfillment center in Jersey City, NJ. The ideal candidate for this role must be available to work during the hours of 11am-7pm. Ideally, you're looking to progress your career in Human Resources with a quickly growing start-up!


Maintain employee files and paperwork (on-boarding paperwork, I-9 documentation, payroll, etc.)

Assist the HR Manager with administering our benefit programs (open enrollment, ongoing employee support/guidance, etc.)

Manage our HRIS software, Kronos (employee documentation, time keeping and payroll)

Complete employment verification requests

Maintain employee confidentiality with all employee information/files

Assist the recruiting team with sourcing and screening applicants


1-2 years human resources experience

Bachelor’s degree required

Highly organized and detail oriented

Self-starter who demonstrates initiative

Available to work 11am-7pm
