Description


This person will require extensive experience in a contemporary fulfillment & manufacturing environment while having a clear understanding of how technology translates into a corporate setting. This role requires a passion for new ideas and working with state of the art technology that may or may not yet be proven. Doing this while balancing the short and long term benefits for the company is no easy task, but one you thrive on.


Maintaining a budget and managing spend for technology related services and projects across the company will be an ongoing effort.

Qualifications

Strong familiarity with IIOT.
An understanding of how PLCs, SCADAs, WMS systems traditionally interact.
Experienced in overall planning, organization, and execution of all IT functions of company. This includes all IT operations to meet customer requirements as well as the support and maintenance of existing applications and development of new technical solutions.
Plans, implements, and monitors changes in infrastructure configurations.
Communicates regularly with executive management on information technology.
Develops best practices and written documentation for all server maintenance.
Manages hardware, maintenance agreements, licenses and software vendor relationships.
Demonstrates high energy and a sense of urgency.
Displays excellent communication skills.
Stay abreast of trends and regulations to ensure effectiveness of compliance.
Develop and maintain company Disaster Recovery Plan.
Oversee system pre-implementation monitoring processes to ensure that the proper projects are identified and that key systems receive a pre-implementation review prior to going live.
Drive standardization and consolidation of divisional IT SOX controls.
Strong budget planning, financial management, and resource management skills.
