About the right intern:

We are looking for a highly capable and adaptable student to work closely with our Betterment for Advisors (B4A) team focused on strategic marketing efforts. You are a logical and business-minded candidate enthusiastic to get experience across various parts of our dynamic growth stage company (where no two days are the same). You are someone who digs into the details and gets stuff done, but can step back and see the big picture. You are a strong communicator, both written and verbal, and are very organized. You are excited to figure out how to capture the attention of business decision-makers and introduce them to products that will help them accomplish their company goals.

What You'll Do:

Internship Dates (Mid February - End of May), up to 15 hours/week
Support B4A Business Manager with day to day operations of the business and various strategic projects
Collaborate with the B4A business in generating creative ideas on how to build awareness and consideration for the platform
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on an ongoing basis to roll-out new product/feature launches
Produce new collateral on product features for the Advisor audience
Track and measure the impact of lead generation efforts in collaboration with the analytics team
Perform ongoing analysis and use your findings to form recommendations for new marketing strategies
What You'll Need:

Pursuing an MBA in Marketing or a related field
Ability to receive school credit required
Work experience in an analytical and execution-oriented role
Knack for connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and turning it into resonant marketing messaging
Outstanding ability to prioritize, multitask and manage time efficiently
A self-starter with the drive to consistently exceed objectives and take on more responsibility
Nice-to-Haves:

Financial services marketing experience
Experience with: Copy writing, Content strategy and creation, Marketing automation platforms (Pardot), Display and search (at a basic level)
