At Zopa we have an exciting opportunity for a talented integration manager to play an important role in the launch of our challenger bank.

The Role:

The bank build programme will see newly created in-house software, existing in-house software and vendor provided systems bought together with the objective of providing a seamless and first-rate service to our customers.
The primary role of the integration manager will be in developing a full understanding of the organisations as-is technical architecture and the assisting in the development of the to-be, specifically understanding and managing the key integration points across the programme as we progress the bank build.

The Technical Integration Manager’s responsibilities are to:
Manage integration projects through developing, coordinating, and evaluating integration project plans
Organise and track project plan documents; perform business analysis and scope preparation/writing;
Understand technical requirements and provide coding support
Engage with suppliers of new platforms to understand platform and platform infrastructure constraints and opportunities for integration
Ensure vendors and internal resources are on-track with their requirements
Identify and track Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies, escalate to the PM wherever required
Assist in the development of training and materials for Implementation and Customer Service Departments

In order to do this role, we'd want the Technical Integration Manager to have the following:
Experience developing large-scale integrated systems.
Proven expertise in processes to ensure quality and predictability for software development.
Thorough understanding of systems design principles.
Demonstrable System Integration / Technical Project Management experience
Experience of coordinating the delivery of a 3rd party (external suppliers)
Strong planning and presentation skills
Working knowledge of Agile Management tools
Able to take on many roles in a growing, entrepreneurial company environment
Extensive experience in software development, and system integration
Technical lead experience
