Our Office Operations team is seeking a kick-ass individual who needs little supervision; a true multitasker who loves to hustle and get things done. This role also requires strong communication skills and customer service experience, and punctuality is a must.

As part of the Office Operations team, you will assist in elevating our employees’ ability to be more successful at their job. We do this by anticipating needs, filling in the gaps, and removing barriers. We provide the tangible tools Gridders need to do their job, creating efficiencies and partnering with them to maximize their effectiveness.

What You’ll Do

Live by and champion our cultural values of Happy, Hungry, Honest, and Humble
Set the tone for the culture of our office by providing a first and friendly impression.
Greet all clients and guests, and redirect unexpected visitors.
Manage and filter incoming and outgoing calls, mail, and packages.
Organize, manage, and stock all office supplies and new hire swag.
Assist Office Operations team with managing key cards, lunch cards, and parking.
Assist Office Operations team with tracking snacks and daily lunch perks.
Assist as needed with company events, handling any crisis that may come up.
Assist Office Operations team with ad hoc tasks when workload allows.

1+ year of customer service experience.

Proficient in Gmail, Google Calendar, and MS Office.
