And our journey’s only just beginning. In November 2016 we announced our plans to build a next generation bank so that we can bring a greater range of smart, finance products to even more people.
With the rising interest in peer-to-peer and several more awards under our belt, we’ve grown the team in the last few months to support this. We follow the Spotify Model of Agile, working in Tribes and Squads on different verticals, to support our customers and continually improve our platform.

The challenge:

We are building the bank of the future and with that have begun a journey to roll out the Salesforce platform across our Customer Support teams. We are proud of the quality of our customer experience at Zopa to date and have an award winning team – we've been voted 'Most Trusted Personal Loan Provider' in the Moneywise Customer Awards for the past 7 years in a row. As we continue to scale we look to maintain and build on these high levels of customer satisfaction and are developing apps on the Salesforce platform to help us to achieve this.

You will build solutions that solve real-world problems, in a cross-functional team - small, agile and adaptable to whatever challenges come our way. Interaction with stakeholders and key business users is a way of life here. We're big believers in a lean philosophy and flexibility in implementation, while aiming to achieve stack consistency and alignment across the board.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Engineer who can take on a leading role to support our ambitious growth plans and take our existing implementation to the next level.

30+ pull requests merged a day
5+ deployments per day

Feature toggling and a/b testing

We're looking for experienced Salesforce engineers that have solved big challenges through ingenious ideas and execution. To do this we'd ideally like to see:
You've worked on sizeable Salesforce applications and have worked on a number of complex integrations, including greenfield projects
You have a wealth of experience with Salesforce functionality and features which you are able to draw on to deliver a more customer-centric toolYou can take ownership of tasks and problem solving and see challenges through to completion
You are an advocate of test driven development or, even better, behaviour-driven development
We are a financial institution and a strong commitment to quality is essential
You are comfortable talking to key stakeholders and business users on a daily basis and be able to understand and be interested in the objectives of the company
You've got an interest in FinTech, want to learn more about peer-to-peer loans and want to work for a company which values its customers and people.
