We are looking for an Admin and Welfare Specialist to join us during this exciting time.

As an Admin and Welfare Specialist you will take charge of our offices in Israel, lead the welfare annual plan, initiate and organize events, sports activities, holidays toasts, happy hours and more for our employees and families.

As a value member of our HR team, you'll work with our employees, visitors, vendors, and suppliers manage the office administration and coordinate employees’ flights.



What you bring

Proven experience as an Office and Welfare Specialist in a mid-size company (+300 employees)

Experience of managing projects with multiple processes

Experience in working with vendors (Negotiation skills, budget control)

Excellent English

Quick learner, creative and open-minded, self-motivated

The position is located in the company's Or Yehuda office
