We’re involved in some of the biggest campaigns in the company, invent fun and engaging activities to keep our users coming back, and play a big part in growing Wix’s brand on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and more. Now, we are looking for a part-time customer solutions expert to help us make our users’ experiences even better.

You are:
A passionate, diplomatic team player who’s comfortable working in a dynamic and creative environment. Plus, your writing skills are very impressive! As the voice of the Wix brand, you’ll be at the heart of our fast-growing community experience. In addition, as we're in constant touch with our users, we get to know more about their experiences and what they have trouble with.

Bonus points if you have a social media background and have worked in customer solutions in the past.

Responsibilities
Monitor our social outlets and provide Wix users with technical solutions on social media.
Influence the way we support our users and improve it to make sure our users’ experience is the best possible.
Work with all other departments and liaise with them about our users’ needs.
Be the voice of Wix on social media channels regarding technical issues.
Requirements
English mother tongue level.
Ability to provide 3 flexible shifts (including weekend and night shifts) and Background working in technical environments - advantage.
