Job description
We are looking for a bright, focused and passionate Event and Marketing Campaigns Manager to help us plan, execute and track our multichannel B2B industry events, build and execute the follow up nurture campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is a hands-on problem solver and wants to work in a small, focused and experienced marketing team. The ideal candidate will be highly creative, super organized and driven to provide the most engaging, highest quality events and campaigns support in the industry. Demonstrate a successful history of executing campaigns and programs that are both effective and deliver marketing ROI.

The qualified candidate will be able to demonstrate a successful history of sourcing, planning, monitoring and executing industry event, tradeshows and custom roadshows. This position will be responsible for helping to create top-of-funnel awareness and market acceptance of Nominum and our products while driving pipeline and revenue. Attention to detail and a passion for learning are essential.


You will:
Research industry tradeshows and events whose audience aligns to our target
Create detailed proposals for all event, including timelines, venues, vendors, staffing, and budget
Manage all event logistics: booth space selection, booth property and build-out, booth graphics, technical requirements, on-site show management, hotel blocks, event registrations and other project elements as necessary
Work closely with Sales Operations and cross-functional marketing teams to execute large-scale events, roadshows and conferences
Rally cross-functional resources, such as sales, to drive interest and registrations
Communicate with all stakeholders and drive deadlines for deliverables associated with event and report on goals and objectives
Evaluate event performance, post-event ROI tracking, wrap-up reports and recommendations for future events
Grow prospect database of addressable leads, and ensure database cleanliness against existing/former customer databases
Manage day-to-day marketing activities related to implementation, execution and tracking of all marketing campaigns.
Help grow our database and deepen our relationship with current database members through a broad range of lead nurture campaigns
Consistently iterate and improve marketing and lead nurturing activities through measurement and optimization.

You have:
3-5 years in B2B event marketing, preferably for SaaS company
Experience with planning, execution and management of global events
Experience managing events budget
Ability to build relationships and manage external vendors
Willingness to singularly manage all aspects of a program
Ability to execute in a deadline driven environment
Highly organized, detail-oriented and collaborative
Proactive problem solving skills with strong attention to details
Excellent verbal, written and visual communications skills; polished interpersonal and influencing skills
Salesforce CRM and Pardot basic experience – desired but not required
An energetic and willing attitude
BA / BS in Marketing or equivalent working experience
