As part of our expansion we are currently looking for a Head of Brand and Communications. This is a key role within Zopa where you will be part of the strategy, implementation and growth of Zopa through an effective management of our brand and external communications. Working alongside the brand’s major stakeholders, you will drive further growth with the introduction of new campaigns across all facets of the business, and help realise our vision to launch the next generation bank of the future.

Key Responsibilities:
Work with internal and external teams to define and deliver a Zopa communications platform which will be used to support both PR and brand marketing activities.
Champion brand across the business and work collaboratively with product teams to ensure external activities are planned and aligned.
Identify suitable agencies, partners and suppliers; leading pitches or tenders where appropriate, negotiating fees and driving delivery against SLAs
Manage agency, supplier and partner relationships to deliver efficient and effective ways of working and maximise output.
Work across the organisation to ensure that the brand is implemented consistently across all internal and external touchpoints.
Be the brand guardian, developing and keeping up to date brand guidelines which are shared across the business and with external agencies and partners
Manage the brand budget effectively, achieving best value for money

Key Skills

Educated to degree level
Experience within financial services
Experience of public affairs and public relations
