In light of our growth and to support our budding internal population, we are looking for a passionate and energetic Internal Communications Specialist. You’ll be passionate about making Zopa a great place to work, communicating to different groups of people and pivotal in maintaining Zopa’s unique culture as it goes through its next stage of growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Planning the weekly company meetings
Compiling a fortnightly newsletter, advertising lunch and learn events
Organising internal communications campaigns in conjunction with the social committee and HR team
Owning communication tools, managing ongoing comms and adhoc campaigns
Assisting in the onboarding of new starters, developing welcome packs and helping to run induction days
Assisting in the development and running of internal social clubs, committees, socials and charity events
Assisting internal teams with comms or change initiatives, evergreen communications (values posters, notice board), functional communications (kitchen, cleanliness etc)
Requirements

Essential Skills / Experience
A passion for communicating to a wide variety of people
Experienced with Excel, Word & Power Point
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Flexible in a fast-paced environment
An undergraduate degree Self-motivated and adaptable to change
Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment and build strong working relationships

Desirable but not required:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications or related field
Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
Proven ability to work cross-team and synthesize feedback and input from others
Demonstrated ability to initiate and complete projects independently
