Lead the inside sales team at Eden, managing 5+ AEs and SDRs
Manage your own book of business, to model strong performance to the team
Architect and optimize our Salesforce to ensure industry best practices
Take an analytical approach to A/B testing and turn insights into actionable plan
Research new sales trends and keep the team informed
Manage a growing and scrappy sales team
College degree from a 4-year university
Preferred 4+ years of sales experience in a startup environment
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and highly creative
Motivated, driven and self-starting individual who enjoys solving problems and finding areas of improvement
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
Excellent managerial and motivation skills
