Wealth Advisers work directly with clients to provide enduring control over their finances in order to deliver real and lasting comfort for their entire financial life. The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, good judgment and an ability to take initiative and prioritize daily tasks. Wealth Advisers must be confident about decision-making under uncertainty and under extreme time pressure. The opportunity includes a solid compensation plan as well as a proven lead generation platform and a robust operational support system.

We are looking for advisers who currently have a minimum of $15M in assets under management.

Essential Responsibilities:

Maintain a thorough understanding of United Capital Financial Advisors, Inc., Advice delivery process including Money Mind®, Honest Conversations® and the 6 Step Process.

Adherence to the UCFA Client Meeting Processes for Advice and pricing Advice accurately. Responsible for new business development, including active retention of new clients, development of strategic alliances and opportunities within Adviser’s own book of business.

Responsible for the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans and business development plans to achieve annual individual and Regional Office revenue goals.

High degree of sales ability, both in the acquisition of new clients and in pitching of investment ideas to existing clients.

Assist clients in the areas of investment, tax retirement, education, insurance and estate planning, working closely with the Managing Director, Relationship Manager and Director of Operations to support overall planning needs as well as company objectives.

Actively monitor financial markets, specific investments in clients’ portfolios and keep abreast of new investment strategies and investment vehicles to continue to provide the best possible level of service to all firm clients.

Act as the primary liaison with clients’ accountants, attorneys, and other advisers and create a strong relationship as a team to ensure a comprehensive wealth management plan.

Maintain clear communication with clients relative to a minimum level of service and ongoing service expectations.

Develop and manage relationships with client base ensuring all clients have a consistent and positive experience.
