Customer Portfolio Manager at Glint

The Customer Portfolio Manager (CPM) will be responsible for driving renewals and upsells of Glint programs and services within the existing customer base. This high-touch position requires a strong attention to detail and follow through. The ideal candidate has a passion for technology and employee engagement, is obsessed with helping customers succeed and loves working in a fast-paced environment. This is a strategic role in the growth of the business with a focus on customer success, satisfaction, and relationship expansion. What you will do… Serve as a trusted advisor to customers delivering portfolio recommendations, guidance, and an empathetic ear Partner with CSMs to identify opportunities that can be discussed during quarterly business reviews focusing on recommendations to further align our programs and services to the customer’s business case and strategy Proactively engage customers ahead of a renewal to ensure there is a smooth process in place for securing, and expanding where possible, the renewal Collaborate with the sales team on opportunities for product upsell along with a renewal Monitor customer health, identify risk, develop success plans and deliver recommendations in partnership with CSMs Responsible for securing renewals and growing ARR via lift and program upsell opportunities Understand how to strategize and get the renewal/upsell while maintaining and building a solid customer relationship Identify opportunities for new or modified service offerings to support strategic growth plans Identify continuous improvements in processes, data and technology to ensure ongoing economies of scale as we grow Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products Who you are… Bachelor’s degree 5+ years of CSM and/or Sales experience, Enterprise preferred 3+ years account management experience preferred Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal Ability to manage through influence Manage execution as a program leader Seasoned account manager; familiar with cloud SAAS contracts Proven track record of exceeding monthly and quarterly goals Experience using Sales Force Strong evidence of being customer-oriented Consistent overachievement of sales goals in a large geographic territory You know what to say and more importantly, how to say it Driven individual with an execution focus, strong sense of urgency and a belief in Glint’s mission Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful Ability to travel when necessary Who we are… Glint is a rapidly growing software and analytics company that helps organizations increase employee engagement, develop their people, and improve performance.
