Solutions Engineer at Glint

Glint is looking for an enthusiastic and talented solutions engineer to join our engineering operations team. Your primary responsibility is to provide technical support for Glint’s real-time employee engagement platform.

What you will do…

Troubleshoot and provide support to sales and client success teams when technical issues arise with their solution implementation
Identify and provide timely workarounds and solutions when possible
Communicate updates to the business and assist with root cause analysis when required
Complete necessary tasks for client implementation such as external data imports and SSO
Build tools to improve efficiencies that enable the customer success team to complete common tasks to best support our clients

Who you are…

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with a mainstream scripting language, such as python
Proficiency with SQL and Excel
Experience with enterprise application integration, such as secure data transfer, single sign-on, and data source configurations
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Flexible, open-minded, willing to do what it takes to achieve important milestones
Positive attitude
Ability to work with global teams
Minimum of 3 years of experiences in tech support, professional service or product engineering
BS in Engineering or Science
