About The Position

Based in the UK or Europe, the Regional Sales Manager Europe will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy for revenue growth in the region. 

 

The role includes identifying and targeting Key Enterprise Verticals and Customers in a high-touch, channel sales model. The RSM will work closely with both end customers and channel partners to generate, develop and close sales opportunities for Illusive Networks . The successful candidate will be a skilled influencer able to provide leadership and support to reseller partners as well as able to assess customer needs and facilitate solutions unique to their business. The RSM will report to the VP Sales EMEA.

 

Requirements

 

 

      What will you do:

 

 

 

Generate, develop, and close sales through channel partners and direct touch.

Generate a plan to ensure broad penetration into the accounts within the territory.

Understand complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level.

Present Illusive's products to prospective customers.

Assist partners in closing opportunities with customers.

Work closely with EMEA Channel Manager to develop common customer requirements with existing Tech partners.

Work with  EMEA Channel Manager to maintain mindshare/relevance with existing partners in region.

Develop effective strategies for winning in a competitive environment.

Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.

Provide inputs to product marketing on customer needs and issues.

 

 

      You are:

 

Degree level education is preferred.

5+ years Field sales experience in the IT Security industry targeting large enterprise accounts

Previous experience selling enterprise hardware and/or software, preferably network security solutions.

Experience must include both direct and selling through indirect sales channels.

Proven ability to sell and to exceed quotas.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Goal oriented, self-motivated.

Able to work independently, within a team environment.

Confident, competitive, thorough and tenacious.

Written and spoken English and at least one other European Language, two additional languages would be advantageous (German / French Preferred).

Good working knowledge of SFDC / equivalent CRM.
