About The Position

Business Development Representative will be responsible for contributing to the success of our Global Sales Organization in creating new selling opportunities by positioning Illusive solutions by nurturing and qualifying leads, identifying key decision-makers; identifying business issues, and working collaboratively with Sales and Marketing teams on pipeline building activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • High activity sales, including high call volume, pipeline growth, and opportunity generation
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Proactive goal oriented/ self-motivated
  • Strong organization/planning skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Collaborative, with the ability to work in a team environment
  • CRM software (preferably Salesforce.com)

 

 

What will you do?

  • Manage inbound lead queues and rapidly respond with relevant information according to the lead source
  • Drive incremental sales productivity and new business through effective and efficient lead qualification​
  • Schedule appointments between prospects and Illusive sales associates on qualified opportunities​
  • Lead day-to-day operations of an Account Development team​
  • Closely communicate/collaborate with Sales & Marketing to ensure alignment
  • Continuously work to improve the lead qualification process
  • Deliver the Illusive value proposition and generate interest for qualified prospects to meet with Sales Executives and Partners  
  • Follow up on marketing generated leads, generate new leads, follow process, and achieve performance goals 
  • Maintain accurate and detailed lead, account, contact, and sales activity metrics within Illusive’s sales force automation system​
  • Collaborate with Illusive Sales team on identifying qualified opportunities
