About The Position

The successful candidate will provide pre-sales technical assistance to Illusive Networks sales professionals when engaging with prospects in the sales cycle. Illusive Networks Deceptive technologies is an emerging solution in an emerging market(Post Breach Detection) so strong education and evangelism skills are required.

Location-  US Central ( Dallas/ Chicago/ Minneapolis )




  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment, often with minimal supervision
  • Must be an effective technical sales professional
  • Must be effective in delivering remote presentations (using WebEx, GoToMeeting, or similar ‘webinar’ solution)
  • Must maintain and expand working knowledge of Illusive Networks solutions, competitors, and their associated environments
  • Deploy and manage the POC process with viable prospects in concert with the associated sales professional.
  • Assist in advancing opportunities throughout the sales cycle



Who are you?



  • BS degree in Computer Science or related field – REQUIRED
  • Minimum 5 years Sales Engineering, or Corporate IT Security experience
  • Minimum 5 years administrative experience with Windows and Linux
  • Working knowledge of security products (firewalls, IDS/IPS, anti-virus, vulnerabilities, intrusion detection, content security, etc.)
  • Knowledge of the 20 critical security control objectives
  • Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically and overseas
