About The Position

 

Illusive Networks is looking for a VP of APAC Sales to lead a team in identifying, developing, qualifying, and closing net new enterprise clients across APAC.

 

The role involves:

  • Acting as the executive sponsor for the APAC Sales team     
  • Reporting directly to the CEO
  • Building and executing go-to-market strategy for the territory
  • Leading a team of account managers and sales engineers
  • Executive team – taking active role in building company strategies and execution plans and providing insights to the executive team
  • Identifying opportunities for strategic relationships
  • Working closely with Channel Manager

Requirements

  • 10+ years of proven experience on senior position as a VP/Director Sales
  • 5+ years of experience in the APAC region, selling in a number of countries in the region
  • Lives in APAC
  • 5+ years in Security
  • Startup experience - building a brand and creating a market for emerging technology
  • Ability to be first on the ground and close initial business yourself
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Attention to detail and strong personal organization
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience as executive in management team – advantage
  • Managed all APAC territory – advantage
