The Computational Imaging (CI) team develops breakthrough image processing and computer vision technologies that produce high quality photographs captured using patented Light camera technology. As the list of products that Light builds is growing, our team needs to support and optimize its software for a variety of platforms. Performance optimization for mobile platforms is particularly important to us.
The ideal candidate has spent the last 3 years having fun working in an industry with complex systems, identifying optimizations, and collaborating with research scientists to develop highly optimized image processing solutions for mobile platforms. You will influence the development of performance tools and lead performance optimization efforts. This role will involve software development in C++. Familiarity with image processing, computer vision and machine learning algorithms is a definite advantage for this role.
