Technical Account Manager at illusive networks

About The Position

Illusive is looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our Customer Success team. The Technical Account Manager will work with top-tier clients as the technical liaison, serving as the subject matter expert on all-things-technical regarding the Illusive product.

 The successful candidate will be a technically savvy, multi-task with a can-do attitude, a love for challenges and a sales-oriented mind. Above all, focus on world-class client service is key.

Location - Budapest - Hungary


  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with a proven record of delivering technical solutions to business clients, preferably in the Cyber Security space (e.g. pre-sales, technical support, customer success, technical account management, project manager etc.)
  • Strong technical skills to understand the clients needs and the possible solutions
  • Experience in project management preferred
  • Proven multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Truly service-oriented with the willingness to go the extra mile to support clients
  • Will and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
  • Love to learn new subjects and passionate about technology
  • Bachelor degree from a University is a must - preferably Computer Science
  • Fluent English
  • Team player

  • Support the post-sales process by understanding the clients needs
  • Develop a strong working relationship with clients and become their trusted adviser
  • Drive clients revenue performance optimization from the technical aspects
  • Serve as the technical and product expert for the clients in all matters
  • Collaborate with team leaders and managers across product delivery
  • The Technical Account Manager identify and upsell new revenue-driving opportunities by evangelizing new and existing products
