Job Description

You will be a member of the Procurement and Logistics team, managing strategic vendors and integration partners, mainly related to servers and 3PL services, from a business and technical standpoint. He/She will work in an international environment, interacting with strategic suppliers worldwide, and will work very closely with the Customer Success Team, Sales, Product Engineering, and Finance, building and maintaining a strategic hardware division in Claroty. He/She will be a Project Manager for assigned horizontal Procurement processes or projects, leading their implementation within the organization. It will also help the team identify and implement innovation opportunities. 

Responsibilities

  • Planning, Control, and monitoring delivery of hardware to Claroty partners and customers
  • Working with large global customers on complex hardware integration and delivery
  • Monitoring and reporting on project progress to all stakeholders
  • Analyzing and managing logistics projects risks
  • Providing technical leadership, leading problem-solving
  • Continuous innovation to optimize the service and improve cost.
  • Process-driven mindset and creativity enough to identify potential new processes needed.
  • Providing guidance on process improvements and recommending changes in alignment with business tactics and strategy for areas of responsibility.
  • Partnering effectively with peers-colleagues to establish a global synergy across teams
  • Responsible for Hardware revenue and margin contribution 

Requirements

  • Solid Business skills: Strong market intelligence (intuition, curiosity, strategic vision). Able to understand companies’ financials.
  • Strong negotiation skills: Able to get the best deal for Claroty. Good control of the communication pace.
  • Project Management skills: Able to deploy cross-organizational implementation plans thru partners, timely track progress, identify deviations and proactively take corrective actions. Able to see the big picture and have good prioritizing skills.
  • A delivery-oriented person with 5+ years of experience in project management in a fast-paced, hi-tech company
  • Can-do approach with a strong sense of ownership, learn and move fast, and build solid work relationships
  • Problem-solving and excellent leadership skills
  • Supply chain skills: Hardware integration and fulfillment know-how, Specifications, processes, cost breakdowns. Able to build cost models, solve quality issues, perform suppliers audits at suppliers’ sites.
  • Strong leadership, proactive attitude, able to effectively sell own ideas, and influence others to buy in and follow them without having direct control. Creative mindset, innovative daily.
  • Excellent Presentation and Communication skills in English and Hebrew: Able to integrate different organizations by actively listening to all parties to make internal tradeoff decisions and ensure consistency in front of the partners.
